The customer is responsible for all taxes or duties required by their country's customs regulations. These fees are usually payable upon delivery.
Shipment TrackingOrders will be marked as shipped after they are processed for shipping. Tracking information is provided as it becomes available to SolarBatShades.com, but please allow up to 48 hours before tracking details are shown on our shipping providers' sites.
Delivery Information
U.S Orders - Depending on the model you choose, some Solar Bat lenses must be cut and inserted into the frames before they are shipped. Solar Bat sunglasses are shipped from our warehouse via UPS Ground to addresses in the United States and generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
International Orders - Orders are first shipped from our warehouse to our international processing office to handle customs paperwork, then sent USPS Airmail to the internation address. Delivery times for international orders are 7-14 business days.
Prescription Orders - Expect 2-3 weeks before prescription lenses are completed and are shipped. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days after they are shipped. See our Prescription Sunglasses page for more details.
